Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Services: : This department is responsible for all site development in the City; including buildings, building construction and inspections, floodplain management, and stormwater management. They provide building codes and regulations to contractors, builders and developers, review projects, issue permits, make inspections, monitor construction, and ascertain that all aspects of a project are properly licensed and built according to code. They regulate all city buildings for compliance. They are also involved in structure safety, subdivision development, zoning issues and condemnations.
