UTILITY BILLING DEPARTMENT

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Services Provided: This department provides information and requirements and handles all requests, disconnects and billing for gas, water, wastewater and sanitation services. They issue recycling bins. The department also determines valid identification of customers and collect utility service deposits. They manage all utility customer accounts and coordinate with the Department heads of each utility.

West of Range Ave
Monday/ Thursday: Garbage Carts
Monday: Carts, out of cart contents, trash, bulky waste

East of Range Ave
Tuesday/ Friday: Garbage Carts
Tuesday: Carts, out of cart contents, trash, bulky waste

Entire City
Wednesday: Recycling
