Visiting Denham Springs
Whether visiting friends and family, here on business, getting reacquainted at a high school reunion, attending one of the many city or parish events, participating in a sports tournament, shopping for antiques, exploring Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, or only passing through - like seeing an old friend, visitors will feel comfortable, safe and right at home in Denham Springs.
We welcome visitors with Southern hospitality and friendly residents who are always willing to help. We strive to ensure that all of our visitor needs are met, they have fond memories and want to come back soon.
Make the first stop at Old City Hall, 115 Mattie Street in the downtown Historic Preservation District. This historic building now serves as a Welcome Center and City Museum. Get a hot cup of coffee, meet Patti, and let her help with directions and information about the City. Stroll through the shops in the Arts & Antique Village while in the area.
Denham Springs has many fine restaurants and cafes for dining or enjoying a cool drink. Excellent parks, sports and recreation facilities, a world-class golf course, musical and theatrical entertainment, several annual festivals PLUS plenty of shopping venues are all found in the City.
At the end of the day, rest comfortably in one of the many conveniently located, safe hotels. Relax in a city that takes pride in its people, government, environment, emergency response and infrastructure.
