About the Water Department
The Water Department in the City of Denham Springs is dedicated to providing a safe, reliable, and cost-effective supply of drinking water to our residents and businesses. We prioritize quality and customer satisfaction, constantly working to maintain and enhance our city's water distribution system.
Our Services
We serve 8,556 customers both inside and outside the city limits. Our infrastructure includes seven water wells capable of producing over 12,000 gallons of drinking water per minute and three water towers that can hold up to 1.6 million gallons of water. Our primary goal is to ensure safe drinking water and effective fire protection for all our customers.
