Lori Lamm-Williams began City Council service in 2003. Lamm-Williams, a Republican, serves as Mayor Pro-Tempore.

Lamm-Williams enjoys civic involvement in which she serves as Chairman of the Denham Springs Sewerage District 1 committee, as well as vice-president of the LMA Economic Development Committee. She also serves on the 4-H Advisory Board.

A native and lifelong resident of Denham Springs, Lamm-Williams is a graduate of Denham Springs High School and earned a BSW in social work from Southeastern Louisiana University. She and her husband, Troy Williams, enjoy spending time at home and at the beach with their four children, Laurel, Jake, Jensen and Meg. They are members of First United Methodist Church. Lamm-Williams interests also include home gardening.
